AWS Healthcare Accelerator: Global Cohort for Workforce

We are delighted to have been selected to participate in the AWS Healthcare Accelerator: Global Cohort for Workforce.

The accelerator program has been developed by AWS in order to advance solutions for addressing urgent challenges facing the healthcare workforce.

Supporting migration to AWS Cloud

The AWS Healthcare Accelerator is a four-week technical, business, and mentorship program. Our participation in the program will support our strategy to migrate our existing hardware infrastructure to a world-class virtual and containerised environment.

Migrating to the AWS Cloud supports our plans for significant growth and reach in order to better serve current and future customers.

An enhanced service for primary care customers

A key strand of our plans for 2023 is to reduce the time to deployment for new customers, improve system stability and reliability, and to improve our ability to adjust telephony supply to mirror the peaks and troughs of the demand on our surgeries.

Participation in the AWS Healthcare Accelerator will provide significant support to help us achieve these goals.
